THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND EVEN IF ANY LIMITED REMEDY SPECIFIED IN
THIS AGREEMENT IS DEEMED TO HAVE FAILED ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. SOME
JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR
CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY IN THOSE
JURISDICTIONS. IF ANY CLAIM IS MADE AGAINST VOLKTREC, INC.  INCLUDING
