GENUINE COWHIDE LEATHER WRAPS
These wraps are cut from top quality leathers hides.
• WIDTH 1 INCH
This is the most common width, But I’ll be happy to cut these 1 1/8..1 1/4 or what ever width you may need for your project.
• LENGTH 48 INCHES
This would be the minimum length. When the large hide yields more I just cut the wrap longer (50 inches or so). Always better to have too much.
• THICKNESS 1/32(2 OZ.)
This is a really nice thickness for hilt wrapping.
• TAPERED ENDS
If you have your own method I will cut the ends square. But, if you prefer I’ll gladly taper the ends on the wraps. This should make your application easier.
I will also include a taper template with each order. This will allow you to re-apply the taper angle once you’ve dry fit your wrap and adjusted the length for your project.
• The wraps are cut against a long metal straight edge using a wheel cutter to ensure clean, straight lines.
